Land Register Reports
Registers of Scotland provide a comprehensive Property Reports Service designed to meet the needs of the conveyancing practitioners. The following Property Reports are available through our diary service allowing you to specify the date you want the report returned to you.
Forms 10, 11, 12 and 13 can now be processed online. Upon submission an email confirmation is returned supplying the Report number and attaching a copy of the submitted request. The completed Report will be emailed back to you, with the hard copy to follow by the normal postal method. You can, of course, choose to have any Report entered in our free Diary Service and emailed back on the required day.

Supplies of Property Reports application forms can be obtained free of charge from our Customer Service Centres in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
