Important Note

Users of the Registration Forms service must manually enter a Unique Identifying Number in the appropriate boxes on application forms generated via the service.

Failure to enter the Unique Identifying Number will result in the Keeper rejecting the application for registration.

An example of a Unique Identifying Number might be (for the firm of Smith, Brown & Jones) 03SBJ210809, for the third application form on 21 August 2009.

Alternatively, you may prefer to use our eForms service which will automatically create Unique Identifying Numbers for you.
