 Data Integrity Unit supports the following RoS principal :

 "To provide ready access to up-to-date and error-free registers  thereby ensuring that the general public can have faith in the  information  that they contain."

The need for an individual and central unit to audit, regularise, monitor and maintain the accuracy of RoS's databases has  been recognised. This unit has been given the responsibility to guarantee Data Integrity and to provide independent support to Registration areas to ensure that quality objectives are realised.
