Awards
The Government wants public services for all that are efficient, effective, equitable and empowering — with the citizen always and everywhere at the heart of public service provision.
Charter Mark
Charter Mark is the Government's award scheme which recognises and encourages excellence in public service.
We were first awarded Charter Mark in 1996 and this was renewed in 1999, 2002 and 2006. We are very proud of this achievement as the award recognises our continued commitment to improving service, providing value for money and ensuring openness and accessibility.
