If you require a search to be undertaken on your behalf by our Customer Services team you may wish to complete a Property Search Request Form.

Company Name  Enter the name of your Organisation
Company Reg No  Enter your company registration number if applicable
Department  Enter the Department if applicable
Main Address  Enter the Organisation's main address
Main Postcode  Enter the Organisation postcode
Billing Address  Enter the Billing Address if different from main address
Billing Postcode  Enter the billing postcode if different from the main postcode
Telephone No  Enter the Organisation telephone number
Fax no  Enter the Organisation fax number
DX no  Enter the Organisation DX number
LP no  Enter the Organisation LP number
Contact Name  Enter the name of the person who will be the Main Contact for general correspondence and for authorising the addition/deletion of users
Contact Job Title  Enter the Main Contact's job title
Contact Email  Enter the Main Contact's email address
Invoice Contact Name  Enter the Invoice Contact's name (if different from the Main Contact)
Invoice Contact Email  Enter the email address you would like your invoices emailed to

Type of Organisation    other  Choose from the dropdown list, or complete the other field
Principal Business Activity  Enter the core business activity of the company
