Latest Information – Registers Direct 2

Registers of Scotland will be rolling out a newer version of the Registers Direct (RD) online searching system in the coming months.  The new system will initially be called ‘RD2’ to avoid any confusion between the different versions during the migration period.

For a one off or occasional search request please use our online search form or call Customer Services on 0845 607 0161 or customer.services@ros.gov.uk.

Current REGISTERS DIRECT™ users who need to contact us on technical issues or for help on using the system can call eServices Support on 0845 607 0160.

Access to REGISTERS DIRECT™ is by way of standard Microsoft Internet Browser (typically versions 5 and above) Security is provided by a username and password designed to protect against unauthorised usage. Drop-down lists, interactive on screen help and a host of other features guide you through the search screens.
