What we do
Registers of Scotland is a world-leading pioneer in land and property registration. We hold the answer to the question, "Who owns Scotland?"
Our registers support Scotland’s multi-billion pounds land and property market.
Our data also supports local communities and infrastructure, informing critical land and property decisions.
Our national public land register turned 400 in 2017.
